SHE DESERVES A COACH WHO PLAYS THE GAME
Speed. Power. Confidence. On and off the field.
Whether she's 6 or 26, club level or college-bound — your player needs training designed for the female athlete. Not a scaled-down men's program. Not a generic speed camp. Real sports performance coaching from someone who still competes at the highest level in Pittsburgh.
Mary is a four-year starter and leading goal scorer at the collegiate level, current Steel City FC Women's First Team player, and foundation phase coach at Steel City FC. She doesn't just teach soccer performance — she lives it.

WHAT SOCCER PERFORMANCE TRAINING COVERS
Soccer performance training combines speed and agility work, ball-specific technical drills, and movement foundations in one session — the physical side of the game that team practice rarely has time for. Every session ends with direct feedback on strengths and what to work on next.
Below: what the speed and agility work actually involves, how sessions run in Pittsburgh, and what private training costs.
BUILT FOR THE FEMALE ATHLETE
Dynamic Warm-Up
Sport-specific movement prep that prevents injury and primes the body for high-output training.
Speed & Agility
Footwork, acceleration, change of direction — drills built from real game situations, not cone exercises from YouTube.
Technical Development
Ball-specific technical drills focused on the areas where your player needs the most growth.
Post-Session Feedback
Every session ends with direct feedback on strengths and areas to work on. Parents get the full picture.
SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING FOR SOCCER PLAYERS
Footwork, acceleration, and change-of-direction drills built from real game situations — not cone patterns for their own sake. The work targets the first three steps, body positioning, and the repeat sprints that decide 50/50 balls late in a match.
Mary programs it the way she trains for it herself: game speed, with the ball involved wherever it makes the drill more honest. Players leave with two or three specific movement cues, not a pile of cones and a stopwatch time.
GIRLS SOCCER TRAINING IN PITTSBURGH — HOW SESSIONS WORK
Sessions run 60 minutes at Monroeville Community Park West, No Offseason Sports in Russellton, Schenley Oval Sportsplex, or Steel City FC — one-on-one or in small groups of up to five players. You book through CoachUp, and parents get the full picture after every session.
A first session starts with a quick assessment inside the warm-up — touch, first step, and movement quality — so the drills that follow are picked for your player rather than pulled from a template. Small groups are capped so every player gets coached, not supervised.
WHAT PRIVATE SOCCER TRAINING COSTS
Private soccer training starts at $50 for a single small-group session, with packages at $150 for three sessions, $250 for five one-on-one sessions, and $430 for ten one-on-one sessions ($43 each). All sessions are 60 minutes and booked on CoachUp, plus applicable fees.

I could immediately see the improvement in confidence and motivation from my daughter during our first session. Mary provided the immediate corrective feedback I was looking for as a parent from 1:1 sessions.
